I’ve done the start-up People & Talent journey several times during the past decade, starting with Dropbox on the cusp of their hyper-growth journey in the early/mid 2010s and then onto three more Index Ventures portfolio companies as their People Leader.

After a decade of leading companies through chapters of scale, I pivoted to set up Duell People Consulting. I now split my time between a portfolio advisory role with Transition Ventures (partnering with 20+ deep tech and climate scale-ups) and a handful of direct consulting engagements.

Outside of work, I’m a keen cook, Sunderland AFC fan, and a budding author with a serious case of writer’s block.
