  • People Strategy

    Consulting on “bigger picture” People Strategy topics. How do you think about building a People Philosophy? What are your Company Guiding Principles? What’s the Employee Value Proposition you want to bring to market (and how to make sure it’s not just bullshit)? What should a 2-, 3-, 4-year People Strategy look like for a company of your shape and size? Lots of collaborative whiteboarding and discussion required for all of this - certainly no one-size-fits-all approach. This really is the interesting stuff!

  • Manager Enablement

    To put it bluntly: if your managers are crap at managing, you’ve got problems. If you’re worried that this is the case, then leverage our ready-to-go start-up manager enablement curriculum that can be delivered programatically over time, or broken down into a few standalone workshops (ideal if there are one or two topics/areas/themes that you want your managers to focus on improving).

  • Building scalable People infrastructure

    Every company is different, but there are repeatable playbooks, templates, and mindsets that really can make significant impact across most companies during their scale-up phase. If you need advice on how to approach building your “People Infrastructure” (or if you want to outsource the creation of some of it) then there’s a wealth of experience and content to share.

  • Fractional People Leadership engagements

    Do you need a People Leader being more hands-on for a short-time period (e.g. before you’re ready to commit budget for a full-time permanent hire)? Maybe you need some strategic people leadership input on an ongoing part-time basis or in the lead-up to something major (a funding round, for example)? I’m open to coming on board in a fractional capacity if the opportunity feels right all round.
